Hi. . .when I had my pre-interview with the nice Filipina pre-screener she asked for my fiance's Income Tax Return ( ITR) and W-2 with the I-134. My friend who had the same interview with me was not asked for his fiance's ITR but his certificate of emplyment instead so I believe it depends on the pre-screener. The safest is to be ready with everything especially the documents enumerated in the packet 4.

Goodluck to you !! smile.gif

Take a look at the document requirements on the Manila web site, it specifically references the I-134

For mine i collected 3 years tax transcripts, 3 years tax account history, letter from my employer, letter from my bank, statement from my stock account, and 3 weeks of current pay checks. I show way over poverty level. Maybe its a little overboard? I'll leave that for the CO to decide. I'd rather give too much than not enough and end up with a blue slip smile.gif.
