Hi riza! I will have my PRISM Guidance and Counselling 1 month from now, however, i have all the documents ready for the said seminar and even has the layout of PRISM printed already. Anyway, try reading Sheriff Uling's Manila Embassy Guide and read through the G & C Procedures, you can find the link of the Procedures and PRISM's Layout there. If you need more information you can check www.cfo.gov.ph. All the information is there as well as the Flowchart of Operations of CFO guidance and counselling program. Hope this answers your question.

If he's previously married, bring a copy of divorce decree (death certificate if applies) and pictures of you together because some counselor will ask for it during the one on one counseling. Make sure that you know your fiance's middle name (mother's maiden name). During my time, the head of the PRISM who did my 1 on 1 counseling told me that most applicants don't know about it. After the seminar, they will give you a "yellow card" (wonder if it's still yellow) and then you will bring that to CFO main for the "green card" (certificate). If you don't have the visa yet, you will not be given the sticker/stamp and you will have to come back for that.

Good luck!

yes they will give the yellow certificate right away after the counseling, the sticker will be when the visa is ready and claim it at Citigold Center or at Cebu

on my case I just showed my SSS ID and passport, need to photocopy them and keep as their records....

see you at USE

I've never heard of anyone being denied CFO but lots have had to go home and get additional documents.
Take everything you can that relates to your case.
Common one they send people home for is parental consent if under 21 or 24. Can't remember the age.
Offer to say the prayer when they start the seminar. You'll have a easy interview. At least my wife did. innocent.gif

I just had my CFO seminar today for one whole day... it was not in CFO Cebu near DFA but rather it was across USC boys High mango avenue.

I was a bit dismayed because they asked for my fiance's photocopy of birth certificate or passport which i don't have since he will be here for my interview next week. I have to come back to get the certificate from the seminar as well as the sticker as soon as I have my visa and the photocopy. crying.gif crying.gif
