Hi everyone. I was just wondering if anyone who has filed a K-1 through the California Service Center after feburary 6th of 2006 has recieved their 2nd NOA. If not do anyone know what date they are processing. Every time i go to the site it is saying processing 31 od Dec 2005 and the last time it was updated was 03/20/2006. Going crazy here please put me out of my misery. LOL

Try going to the CSC thread - there are timelines of those who filed and are waiting for approval. I went thru CSC last year - they were pretty fast. Good luck with your visa journey!

I believe the last I checked they are processing 1/13, and I have been checking the timelines lately and the latest cases I have seen approved are with NOA1 dates of 1/23-1/30.....My NOA1 date is 1/23 so I am anxiously awaiting to see if mine will be approved in the next week or so , hoping and praying Hope this helps you some....
