Hello!

I just wanted to get your opinions.. I am a US Citizen residing in the US. I just got here last July 2007, I am wondering if I can file a N600 for my children since I am an US Citizen.. or do i file them together under my petition for my husband since I want to get him also.. Im really confused please help me... If I ever file for the N600 do I have to file it here in the US or could it be filed in the US Embassy since my kids are in the Philippines?

Your help is very much appreciated. Good day to you all!

Were you a citizen when the children were born? If not, they wont automatically receive citizenship (even then there are some rules that need to be met before citizenship is given), you would have to petition for them.
