I tried to check our medical and visa appointment and its been 3 days that I tried to open it but its not loading...I just want to download it again and print it out so that I can present it to my Manager the schedules and hopefully he will give me his consent to be absent.

Did you check with the embassy web site, maybe they posted something.

It seems that the site is not working. I checked the link from the manila embassy site too and there's a problem loading the page. Try checking back after a few days.
