hi
i just got my I-130 approval notice
but i have a problem i cannot get in contact with my attorney she dissapeared
and my NOA2 says that
" the offical notice has been mailed to the attorney or representative indicated above. Any relavtive documentation
included in the notice was also mailed as part of the official notice."
does any one how this will affect me case later on, will NVC send her or I any follow up info and how do i go about removing my attorney

A copy of the NOA2 is needed when submitting the AOS paperwork once your spouse gets here since you're going for a K3 visa. You need to find out where your lawyer is and what happened to the form because requesting a copy from the USCIS will cost you $$.

what form will cost me money
i have both the I-797c and I-797
