We are in the process of renewing greencard, but I was just wonderig if they have always required AIDS and Hepatitis testing for the medical exam when filing the I-130. Thanks

I'm sorry but I'm confused about your question.

Your profile says you filed fir CR-1/IR-1. If your green card is conditional (valid for 2 years) and about to expire, you will need to file I-751. There is no medical requirement to file the I-751.

I know it isnt required for I-751. I am asking about the I-130 medical exam. A friend of mine is wanting to know about the testing required. I dont remember my husband having to take AIDS and HEP tests.

They would required it during medical exam as they will undergo Blood test...

If you renew your greencard you need to file I-90 form, I-751 is for removing conditions from 2 years PRC

We are removig coniditional status on PR. Therefore, we filed I -751.
