Hello Ladies, helpsmilie.gif

First of all I hope you are all doing well, and to those who are doing Ramadan, Ramadan Mubarak. If I am not mistaken this forum is for Ladies. The reason I joined it today, is that I am really looking for someone to help me out with my issue. For the start I am not US citizen and the issue is that, I am British citizen (I hold a passport and I am all Legal here is been a long time a go). Finally I decided to get married with an Algeria Lady. I have tried to get information about how I can start my first steps in sorting out her visa, but unfortunately there is not much information available. If someone have any information or know someone in the same situation as me, please let me know. As this matter really driving me mad and I can’t even sleep! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. But I won’t give up, until I see my future wife with me. Any help will appreciate. crying.gif crying.gif crying.gif

Kind regards

Just to let you know, these forums are for men and women, lol. More information is needed. You can look at the various spousal visa options in the Guides and faqs at the top of the page for further information in regards to which visa you can apply for in regards to your situation. Good luck.

Are you requesting help on how to get a British visa for your wife? Or a US visa? I'm a bit confused. huh.gif

You don't say where "here" is, and we can't see where you're typing from. Are you in the US? Britain? Somewhere else? What country do you and your fiancee want to live in eventually?

The visajourney site is for both men and women interested in the subject of marriage based immigration to the US.

This particular forum on visajourney is for those people who have completed the process of getting a US Green Card and are interested in obtaining US Citizenship.

Perhaps that's your situation; your post doesn't contain enough info to rule it in or out. If you are a US resident, with a Green Card, and have held it long enough, and meet the other requirements, you may file an N-400 for US Citizenship. See the guides at the top of the page. US Citizenship may help in filing for a visa for your soon-to-be wife. Only US Citizens can file a petition for a K-1 or K-3 visa. A non-citizen green card holder may petition for an IR-1/CR-1 visa, but the wait is much longer than the wait for a US Citizen to petition, so it's usually faster to obtain US Citizenship.
