Hi everyone I was told that if your filing for an I-134 affavidat of support that they go by the 100% guildlines not the 125% guildlines. Only when your filing for an I-864 is when they look at the 125%. Someone who knows this please help me so I can get a better understanding of this. Thank you.

True, but you are going to have to meet the AOS requirements eventually anyway, so meeting them ahead of time is a good idea.

I find it interesting that the instructions for the form don't reflect that requirement, it just says
"As the sponsor, you must show you have sufficient incomeand/or financial resources to assure that the alien you aresponsoring will not become a public charge while in theUnited States."

Yeah the I-134 is a little vague. So it is open to the CO to make his or her own determination. But since a K-1 will result in AOS, they may based it on the 125% requirement.

Thanks everyone now I know whant I have to do. I will go ahead and have my dad be my co-sponsor when my fiance have his interview or do you think I should wait until he comes here and file for the I-864. Cause Im qualitfy for the 100% but not the 125% guildlines.

You can try to be a sole sponsor with the I-134, however, to be safe, I would have your dad prepare the form too. That way if the CO decides you don't make enough, then your fiancee can show your dads affidavit of support.

You might want to research the Nigerian consulate to discover which figure they apply - 100%, 125%, or something entirely different.
