Does a welcome notice that comes in the mail need to go with the I-751 ?

- Payment as required by USCIS. You should always verify the type of payments your Service Center accepts. If they accept personal checks, this is the preferred method as they can be tracked easily through most banks.
- Cover Sheet (example here)
- Form I-751, Petition to Remove the Conditions on Residence (see example form)
- Copy of the Green Card (Front and Back) for the person filing to remove conditions (and any K2 children)
- Evidence of Bona fide Relationship (see below)
