Hi, I am waiting for my packet 3 from USE, Kuala Lumpur, and I just want to know the US embassy will send the packet 3 by post to me, right? And I don't need to go to the USE in person to pick up the packet, right? As I live far away from Kuala Lumpur, and need to fly there. Please advice. Thanks.

This is going to get moved as soon as an organizer sees it. But to answer your question, yes they will mail it to you.
