Edit, looks like they are looking at cases filed last December.

Approvals of what? Nebraska sends all family based immigrations cases to California, and they do not handle adjustment of status cases there either. Only thing family based would be perhaps EAD for K-3 cases if filed for before filing AOS.

Yep saw that so I edited.Not may maintaining VJ timelines for that center, lifting conditions, one shows approved last month, case filed in June, so seems to be fairly quick at that center.
