Im a US citizen and will start the process for my stepson (I 130), hes 18 years old, my wife and I have been married for 3 years.
He is studying college in Mexico (a 4 years career) and will visit us every 5 or 6 months, i mean during his vacations, Anybody knows if he can study in Mexico and visit us during his vacations as a green card holder? as soon as he finish he will be able to move permanently here.
Any advise will be really appreciate.

Question of semantics.

He can permantly reside in the US but complete his education in Mexico.
