Until today ,i finally figured out why we got a RFE our REF on AUG.9.It actually didn't request us any futher evidence,they mailed that RFE to us because of this Public Notice made in 2006.I hope this might help some people if they also got a same RFE like ours,as i knew one other people also got this,anyway i am happy i know the answer to that so-call RFE.This bugged me for a while.Good luck wtih your NOA2 guys:)

After reading the article..howcome not all March filers got a RFE? Especially those who have filed after March 6? Just curious..because it sounded like they were saying that whoever filed on or after March 6 automatically gets a RFE.. can anyone correct me? I'm just confused..and also I've noticed that most of the members here that had received a RFE got their NOA2 in less than 2 weeks or just days.. and mine is about a month now and still no NOA2 after the case has resumed.. poor me and my fiancee.. huhuh...keep us in your prayers
