Okay so my husband and I had our immigration interview and they tell us at the interview that once we are married for 2 years we have to apply to remove the conditions from my permanent resident card. The interviewer told us that they would send us a reminder around the time of our 2nd anniversary. Well we waited and waited and our anniversary came and we didn't get the reminder. SO today we check the website and find that you are supposed to submit it 90 days PRIOR to your 2nd year anniversary or once the 2nd anniversary passes you lose your status.
WELL WE JUST FOUND THIS OUT NOW 2 WEEKS AFTER OUR 2ND ANNIVERSARY.
Am I just screwed now?

it is 2 years after you get the green card, not 2 years after you are married.... check the expiry date on your green card....
you can file anywhere between 90 days and the day your card expires, although it is better if you file closer to the beginning of the 90 days....

Not married 2 years. You file to lift conditions within 90 days before the 2 YEAR conditional green card expires.
For some reason 2 year green card and 2 year wedding anniversary gets mixed up, making this a common question.
The only thing being married for more than 2 years is used for is determining if a conditional or un-conditional card is issued at AOS approval or if an immigrant visa is CR-1 or IR-1 visa. If a couple have been married for more than 2 years when AOS is approved, or immigrant visa issued, then the green-card issued would be the un-conditional card.

It's also crazy that the interviewer said they would send you a reminder. I remember my interview and one thing that i remember really well is the lady said there wont be any reminders so we will have to count the days ourselves and make sure we don't miss it!
