We filed the joint I-751 and included my minor son. I got my NOA yesterday and we got one for my son today.

In referring to extending our conditional resident status, our NOAs state:

My NOA: Your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year.

Son's NOA: This verification extends the validity of your alien registration receipt card and allows you to remain in the United States, with work authorization for one year from the filing date, or until a final decision is made on the request, whichever comes first.

So, in effect, my son's LPR status is extended for about 9 months only since we filed 90 days before expiry of our GCs. wacko.gif

Am I reading the notices right?

Xenia....

It looks as if you are reading this correctly but, when it comes to the USCIS, one never really knows.
My best guess is that you are correct!
