I'm married to a US citizen who is currently unemployed. I want to use my brother-in-law's income to sponsor me should I use I864A(Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member) or just I864? We are currently living with my sister n her husband. I was thinking about I864A but he is not related to my spouse. Doesn't the household member have to be a parent, sibling, son or daughter or spouse of the sponsor?
