My permanent resident card expires in the next 90 days and I need to file I-751 form. Do I need to show my passport when I go to the Biometric Services? I need to send my passport to Passport Canada to add my married name to it. I wasn't sure if I should send it after this conditional removal process has ended.

Thank you.

As far as I remember you need to be able to ID yourself. A passport is one option, a valid driver's license another. I used my DL when I went for biometrics (I didn't even take my passport with me that day.)
Hope this helps.

Just to add: another board member has provided a scan of the biometrics letter where all the proper ID types are listed. Look for yourself:

I have never added my married name to my passport. I just have my certified marriage certificate with me at all times to show why my name has changed. I had no problems at my biometrics with my passport with my previous name.

Just as an aside....

As of June 1, 2007 you can no longer add your married name to your Canadian passport. You need to apply for a new one. (The OP may have meant this in their post but I'm just providing clarity.)
