I'm married to a US citizen who is unemployed right now. I wanna know if my brother-in-law could sponsor me on affidavit of support. And if he does, would I still need to send the copy of my spouse's most recent tax return?

so if my bro-in-law sponsor me should I use I864A(Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member) or just I864? We are currently living with my sister n her husband.
