Your thoughts on--- Okay, if I am a US born citizen and a PR of Canada working on my Canadian citizenship,
what should my first contact with the US consulate in Halifax be and what forms do I send them for getting my Canadian born fiance a green card? I keep residences in both USA and Canada but would prefer to get married in Canada. Thanx

hi,
missed your comment in the other thread...

If you want to pursue DCF in Canada, I suggest the following reads:

What is DCF and Why Do I Care?

DCF Canada: Yes Virginia, You Can, USCs Resident in Canada Only

Official Source for US Immigration from Canada

I stand by my comments in this thread; happy to explain anything that wasn't clear.
