Going to send out I-751 next Tuesday! One more stuipd question. Could I staple the documents accoring to different types, such as our lease, vacation itinerary...? Thanks for your reply! Apprecaited! helpsmilie.gif

I don't think you should sort them by types but by the sequence that you have on the cover letter - so if you list #5 as Lease and then # 6 as Health insurance - then your 5th document or 5th set of documents should be about the lease and the next set should be about health insurance. This way you make it easier for the examiner. I intend to send only one or two docs for each point and would probably staple all of the documents together with the cover letter on top. Good Luck

I have a related question: can I punch all my evidence and put it in a portfolio (three whole punched)?

USCIS recommends that, if you intend to punch holes on your evidence, to punch 2-holes at the top.
