Not sure if anyone else has noticed but the processing dates on the embassy website (http://london.usembassy.gov/dhs/uscis/i130filing.html) have not changed. More specifically, the June 20th date has not budged since August 20th, just wondering this is common or if anyone has seen this happen before?

Yep, and before then it was stuck on June 18th for a couple of weeks. Every Monday I check to see if it's moved forward and every Monday it's the same result. mad.gif

As they're still processing petitions filed under three months I don't think it's quite panic stations yet but I am finding it frustrating to see it isn't moving forward. I've been told on other threads that every year London slows down during the summer months so I'm hoping now September is here we'll see those processing dates shoot into the July petitions.

Don't forget that all the date means is that it's the date of the oldest petition they're still working on. For example, when I received my NOA2 in May with a filed date of 27 February, the date on the embassy site was still saying early February. smile.gif

MargotDarko, you are so right! Just had a call from my old flatmate as she'd received a letter from the embassy, I had emailed them about our change of address but clearly they haven't updated. Anyway just asked her to open it and the I-130 is approved!! Yay!! Just waiting on packet 3 now. I am one happy bunny.

So even though the website is saying June 20th they've now moved into the July petitions. Hopefully you won't have too long to wait Jmaster911.

The embassy website has now been updated to show that they are processing petitions filled July 5th. Seems like the annual London summer slow-down is officially over.
