hello All someone told me on VJ that my wife should call DOS.as my case under of AP since last 1 year and one month
(While you are waiting your SO can call DOS at 202 663 1225 ( press 1, press 0 ) and ask for your case status update)
my wife is Deaf some one tell me DOS have TTY

would be better if someone can help her to make the call .. a friend or a family member ...
