Roll yeye pon Kimmy. Mi juss ear wan new wan. I'm on the phone talking to my sweets. He asks me what is all the noise. Well, he always tells me that I "flitter" because I don't sit still in one place long, and I'm always doing something. I respond that I was taking dishes from the dishwasher...or putting clothes in the dryer or whatever I happened to be doing when he asked. He told me:

"Yuh man yuh gwaan like sey yuh haunted."

I fell out laughing and he asked me why I was laughing so hard...and I told him about this thread. waaaaaiiiieeeeee... laughing.gif laughing.gif

It is not uncommon to see little babies with a piece of red cloth tied around tiny arms, parents do this to prevent duppies from playing with them.

"Duppy you si mi red red" I used to say that little ditty as a little kid, they have the saying that duppies are afraid of the color red, maybe that is where this came from.
