Can EXPUNGEMENT reduce and expunge my felony convictions?

Well, in Jamaica, you can pay someone to expunge your record. Once they do that, nothing appears.

My case was 1999 and 2002 for burglary and I stayed in state prison for 180 days, I was released under probation and its been five years passed already. Is there a way that I could clear it up so I could reapply for citizenship? I want to petition my wife but im a green card holder only..
