Hi everybody,

Doug and I sent the 129f-Form out on April 28th and recieved our NOA 1 on May 8th. It got forwarded to CA from Texas. Do I list Texas now, or California? Anyways, we are at day 128 today and super anoyed because nothing is happening. I am on this website all day, every day.. I know, I am not alone and that makes me feel better.. at least sometimes

October 2005 met and started dating (USA)
Mai 2006 moved in together (USA) -- B-2 Tourist Visa
October 2006 I left USA (after 1 year)
December 2006 (Doug came to Germany and stayed 3 months to meet family and friends)
February 2007 (we got engaged)
March 2007 (Doug went home to the USA)
April 2007 (applied for K-1)
July 2007 (I visited Doug in USA for 2 weeks)
August 2007 (Doug visited me for 1 week)
November 2007 (going to visit Doug for 2 weeks)

Hi Nikkidus,
You should keep California as your service center. I know there are some people on here that still have Nebraska or Texas in their timelines, but it doesn't make any sense since they don't process K-1's anymore. You're getting very close to the end of your wait A few filers that sent theirs on April 30th have gotten approved, so you are not far behind. Best of luck to you!
