Full Version: NOA2 Approval
My wife's 129F NOA2 has been approved, would NVC contact me informing me of the case number or would contact the embassy directly?
Congratulations! In my case, the NVC did both, notify me and the Embassy, but we filed K-1. I would imagine for K-3 they notify you as well.
They will notify you as the petitioner by mail, and send the 129F to the consulate.

NVC notifies you via a letter.
NVC also sends an e-copy as well as the physical file to the consulate. (per my phone conversation with NVC rep.)

This is very good ..just wondering how often your 129F was touched/updated on the USCIS site ? I got 3 touches in the last 5 days ..Wondering about it !!
