helpsmilie.gif The Affidavit of Support only gives enough space for one job. Should the 2nd Job go on another copy of the Affidavit of Support with the same info but just list second job, and have notorized also. My second job will not be a factor in Support because I am way over the poverty line.

If you are way over the poverty line, why writing down your 2nd job? You dont need to do that.
Someone pls correct me in case im wrong.

Good luck!

I don't think your wrong necessarily but but if the second job is a different occupation and you say you derived an income of X for job 1 but claim an annual income of the larger Y, it could raise a flag.

The I-864 actually has a place to list a second job but the I-134 does not. You can write, "See attached" and provide the information for both jobs on the attachment. Refer to the I-134 and item number in the attachment. Frankly, I think you could just list the one job and all the income without any problem though.

My second part time job is a high security position that required backround check through Dept of Homeland Security and FBI so I think that I should list that job that is one reason why my Fiancee Visa was stuck at the NVC for a month. Thanks

Then the attached sheet method is what I would recommend.

You probably already know but it doesn't hurt to make sure.
Remember you must get a supplemental sheet notarised. smile.gif
