Hello again,

We got approved by CSC on 15th August.

We've been waiting patiently for something to happen but I'm approaching the end of my tether just now.

I've seen on other people's timelnes that some people were approved on 8th August and their paperwork arrived at NVC by 23rd August - a wait of only 15 days. Tomorrow we will have been waiting 4 weeks with no sign of anything happening yet.

Does anyone know what might contribute to the inconsistencies in timescales?

Have you tried calling them?

Yes we have called them, on a number of occasions.
Some of the people we spoke to were helpful and a couple of them were downright rude and extremely unhelpful.
All they say is "it's still in our mailroom".
