Hello All,
If some one could answer the following question.
A freind of mine married a foreign male in Florida, and has now begun the visa process. He has his temp visa, but has already shown that he has no interest in her, has moved out, and works without helping. It is obvious he is only here for his citizenship.
Is there anything she can do? Can she stop the process and stop him geting his green card by using her?
THankyou for any help you can give
David

At the bottom of the page here there is some small print. I'd get your friend to tell her tale to ICE and put it in their hands.

You mean he has a conditional green card? If so, there is not much that can be done at this point. You can report fraud to the USCIS, which they may or may not do anything about. He can remove conditions on his own without his wife.
