Hello Fello VJers,
I know these questions have been addressed already so please forgive me I even told this situation several months ago but I just want to be sure and get any new ideas since out K-3 interview is Oct.31st.

For the past three years I have claimed my sister and her two kids on my taxes. My sister moved to another City with her two kids in June so I no longer support her or her children.
On the I-134 do I still have to list them on question #8 because they are on my tax returns or can I put none?

I meet well over the poverty guidelines for me and my husband we have no children but according to my tax returns we would be a family of 5 and I do not meet the requirements but like I said before I no longer support my sister and her children. What should I do?

My mom said she would co-sponsor to be on the safe side.

On Question#11 what do you put ? How I will support my husband? How would my mom fill this out is she is just a co-sponsor and she is not really gonna give us money?

Thanks for all your help!

I would fill out the I-134 indicating a household of two. Attach a letter of explanation indicating your sister and children are no longer your dependants.

Your mother as an additional sponsor is probably good insurance. Both of you can simply write "no" for question 11 because any contributions will not be "specific". The I-134 is a multiple purpose form.
