If all is well with all the necessary documents required for the K3 visa, what are the chances that the spouse can be denied based solely on if he doesn't pass the drug test? (Extremely curious) If anyone can answer it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. whistling.gif

If he cannot pass the drug test, there is a 3 year ban before he can even go to the embassy again. (Read Yardies thread and you will see it happens over and over again).

It is best if he passes the drug test and never EVER mentions the use of drugs in the past.
