On #25, what do I put? I hadn't filed for the last 5 years since I didn't work and made no money. I know some people said they attached a sheet explaining they weren't required to file, but what did you check here?
I actually just filed the most recent year last week. So, if I use that, still, what do I check since it's just 1 year? I figured I would go ahead and do that since they will accept just 1 year. But again, there isn't a box for that. I guess I should have just filed all 3 years
Thanks!
Tammy
Don't remember exactly what #25 question reads, but indeed, attach latest IRS filing- which you don't need until your interview so don't panic my friend. In the meanwhile, file the ancient ones (stating you had no income, etc). Worse comes to worse, you write a letter indicating why you were not required to file, etc. But this shows good faith, filing even if late.
Good luck, L.
