I sent my current years tax from along with two tax transcripts of the previous two years i ordered from the IRS.

My SO noticed when they arrived that my current years was not signed by my tax guy. I signed it but he didnt . is this a problem?

what's important is you filed your taxes.

so you don't think that lack of the tax agents siggy will cause any problems

Most - well a lot of - people do their own taxes, I'm pretty sure the only signature they are interested in is yours.
