Is it a likely chance that NBC could be processing cases well passed the dates on their website?. As of today they're only working on EAD Cases with a notice date of Jan 20th? Any good chance maybe their physically already working on Feb? or a long shot here...march cases?? Thanks.

Yes they can. I have seen people approved with dates that were after the processing date.
