Hey all!

I am just wondering, I sent my I-129F petition with the following:

- At least 20-30pictures of me and my fiancee out and about and even at Kings Island
- 2 Letters of intent from me and my fiancee (Both notarized)
- A letter of support from her mom and step dad (Notarized)
- 4 copy's of the G325-A for both me and my fiancee
- The original I-129F
- A ton of secondary support evidence like: Movie tickets etc
- 3 plane tickets (one plane ticket for the first time I came over and two for the second time I came over) < These are photocopies!
- 1 2x2 (I think) passport photo style for both me and my fiancee

We sent the petition off on June 26th, 2007 to the Nebraska Service Center and was then forwarded to the California Service Center. We received hard copy of NOA1 on July 3rd. They touched it on the 10th of July.

My 2 questions are:

What are the chances of me getting an RFE?
When am I expected to get an update (touch etc)

No one can predict who may/may not get an RFE. You can get one even if your petition packet was complete - but USCIS loses a document.

There is also no straight answer for 'touches'. Some people have several while they wait - others have none until the day the petition is approved (like me).

I didn't receive any touches before my petition was approved.

Good luckwith your petition. You can never tell arout an RFE but hope you don't receive on.

Good luck, no one can tell about RFE's, as far as as NOA1 - NOA2 its looking like we are going to wait on avarage 110- 120 days, of course some will be quicker some slower.
