Hi all

Just a quick ? if someone can confirm.
Was married to a USA citizen December 2002. Got my 1st perm resident card 13 december 2004 ( 2 year one) Now have a 10 year green card.

Does this mean I can apply (n-400) for citizenship 0n the 13th december this year ( 3years after my my 1st card was dated) ?

Another question I know is impossible to amswer but here goes. Is there an approx timeline in Charlotte NC for citizenship, or is it just 'how long is a piece of string' !

Regards everyone
