Okay, I'm working on packet 3 right now, and I have some questions.

1) On the DS-156, which we fill out online, after we print it, we notice there is an area where it says "staple or glue photo here". Are we supposed to attach photos to this when we send it back to Montreal?
2) What am I sending back? Here is my list of what I think:
-checklist
-DS-230 Part 1 * 1
-DS-156 printout * 2
3) I have seen posts here and there talking about what to sign or not to sign in packet 3. Which of these forms should I not sign?
4) DS-230 Part 2 do I fill it out but keep it for the interview?

I do not recall sending pictures when I sent back my package .. it should say in your information that you need to get 5 pics done .. 3 for the medical and 2 to bring with you to the interview (the medical actually only need one .. they will let you know when you book it).

Ds-230 Part II is typically not required for a K-1. You should if you wish just hold it in your pocket in the unlikely event it gets asked for.

you have to either glue or staple your pix, we glued ours for K-3, and I don't think you need DS-230 Part 2 yet, later on for your AOS you will need that.
