Hey VJ'ers!

I was wondering if the US Embassy in Islamabad operates normally during Ramadan. I hope to have my NOA2 by the end of this month and should be sent to the US Embassy in Islamabad by Mid-October. From others, it seems like 2months from the time the Embassy receives your application to the interview date. I would like to have the Visa complete by end of year so when I go home for winter vacation my fiancee can come back with me.

what do you all think of this happening is? Any idea?

Ramadan is just a week ahead nice to see a Pakistani. I suggest u better join ' calling everyone going through islamabad version 2.0' where all Pakistani comes there who are seeking visa from usa embassy islamabad.
