Full Version: Automatic or Stick?
I drive an automatic...but I can drive a stick, if I have to
OK so I tried driving our car. I keep my left foot on the brake pedal because I'm so used to the clutch being there o.O 
Oy! This is going to be harder than I thought.

I have a automantic.. I had a stick I kinda wish I still had it. I regreat getting rid of my other car..
all the people who just love Stick and would not part from it, I think you should all go to San Francisco and drive around with the stick car and go up the hills and stop and see what kind of fun you will have

My mustang is a stick shift and my Durango is automatic but it is 4x4, which I like, too. The mustang is good on gas but the Durango is a gas guzzler. I've been finding myself using the mustang more now these days, it used to be only for the weekends but with the gas prices going up, I think I will leave the Durango for the weekends only.

i just drive automatics..easy get in a put in drive and go
I drive both, but automatic frequently.
i can't believe stick is winning this... theres only one stick i'll drive...

Joel will only drive a stick shift...so I guess we'll have one of each
with a stickit is more fun to drive !! with an automotic I get sooo bored and then if you add the cruise control then I really would like to go to sleep. Our 2 cars are with a stick

I drive stick here in brazil, Charles drives automatic, so once i'm there i'll start driving automatic.

I drive an automatic, can't figure out stick shift cars.
My husband drives a stick only because it's "cheaper" but the real reason is that he's afraid that I would drive the car more than he. But now he regrets getting a stick because I can't drive on long-distance trips. I can only drive automatic, but because I don't have a car at this time, I take public transportation. Yay SEPTA!
I can drive both, but prefer the stick. I learned to drive in Poland, and it DOES snow there from time to time

I've always driven sticks - automatic cars are not as common in Brazil.
Stick. Will teach fiance how to drive a stick when she is back .. cause if I ever borrow her car I dont want it to be automatic.
