hi guys! what if the petitioner is a student and a temporary worker? however, he qualifies the above poverty requirement for the past years?

do we really need to show his pay stubs?

gosh! im so worried about this now! i'm thinking if we need to get a co-sponsor.

soooo saaaaddd and confused.

hope you can help me!

and at the present time, my fiance is staying with his and his aunt on his aunt's house.

Current income is more important than past income. He will need to meet the guidelines with his current income. Manila seldom allows a cosponsor for a K-1.

how did you know that they don't accept co-sponsor for K-1?

how did you know that they don't accept co-sponsor for K-1?


I didn't say they don't. I said they seldom do. If you call them and ask, they will tell you no, however a very few have overcome that no, but it is the exception rather than the rule.

They might accept a close family member living in the same household as a cosponsor. I doubt they will accept any cosponsor that is not at least closely related to the sponsor.

but being a temporary worker will be ok, right?
