hello everyone smile.gif
I am a refugee of US and i 'm going to marry an F1 visa holding girl in the near future.
What can i do in order to keep her in the US with me? Is there any(i mean any) options there?
Is there any way she can become a derivative refugee of me? (our marriage did not exist when i was granted asylum)
Or any other way.
Thanks In Advance

If you can become a permanent resident, you could file a I-130 spouse petition for her, but it would be put on a long waiting list (currently couples have been waiting since 2002). If you could then become a USC, the process would be much shorter - usually not more than a year. She would need to gain asylum based on her own situation, not her marriage to you I believe as you were not married at the time of receiving asylum and she is already in the US.
