does asnyone know if the I-131(travel Document) is valid if the GC stamp is already expired? Ive heard differenmt things. someone told me the document is only for the purpose of travelling abroad for more than one year and is good in addition to an unexpired GC stamp. I mean can the document be used in place of renewed stamp?

Sorry I ment I-131 for the pupose of Re-entry permit.
