Sooooo, mamma in law found us a place (dancing with joy ) papers will be drawn this week and we should get the documents faxed sooner than the interview. Ergooooooo we're wondering, ...do we need a new DS230 part 1? To update the new "where to mail card" and permanent address space? Or should I just tell the consular officer at the interview? What's your take guys?

I'd prepare a new DS-230 Part I, take it to the interview, and see what the officier says. It would be confusing to send something at this point. And yay for finding a place!

Thought as much - will bring it to the interview, if they ask for it I'll hand it over. If not, it really doesn't matter, since the old address is my in laws' .... unless the in laws are secretly planning to withhold my GC..... KIDDING!!!
