My wife's Employment Authorization card came with her name wrong. It has her maiden name with a middle initial that is not her middle initial. What should we do?

Make an infopass appointment at your local office they will be able to help you get it fixed....

Sorry can give you the link as I am at work but if you go to the USCIS website the link for infopass is on the bottom left of the page... the infopass appointment will be held at the same office you will go to for your AOS interview... it will give you the address on the infopass appointment letter you will need to print out and take with you....
