HOW ABOUT MY TIMING. sent 7/20 AND no NOA1 YET AFTER 44 DAYS!!!??? LOOKS LIKE YOUR 14-DAY GRAPH IS NOT WORKING HERE....LOL

Maybe the NOA got lost. Have you called to see if they have received your petition?

Did you call to get your case number? We have never received the hard copy, but got the number off the back of our check

I still have no hardcopy either. I called yesterday and thye said I have to wait 90 days then call back if I still don;t have it.... I mailed mine in June

I would have not f...ing need NOA1, but my check has been never cashed either.
After 45 days I do not know my case # and when I call they just tell me wait 90 days...
THe only good thing I have FEDEX confirmation with A.Scot signature on it. And same guy signed for other petitions. He works for VSC. SO...Where is my petition? Any Ideas?
And, yea... Anyone wants to be in my situation?

ohh that does suck. Mine took 30 days or so to get cashed while everyone else in June was getting NOA1 in like 5 days. I was freaking out too. Since it is signed, thats the good thing. My guess is they probably keep checks in a certain area and deposit them together. I bet they have already mailed your notice
