I filed my I751 at the end of last Nov. Got NOA on Dec 6 and Biometrics done on Jan 3rd. Currently, the processing date for NSC 751 is Dec 7. So I am right on the border. I just wonder if any people who filed 751 to NSC around last Dec got approved. Thanks.

I was looking at the timelines for lifting conditions and don't see long waits for approval. Have you tried to contact them?

I don't have a full timeline, but my wife's processing date was 12/15/07 at Nebraska and it was just approved on Friday 8/31/07.

NOA1 was December 28th, biometrics in early Jan, not a peep since.

It seems so unfair. Some recent NSC filers are being transferred to CSC and getting their paperwork processed within a couple of months. At least they should transfter the older cases (ours is not that old). Just venting at USCIS's policies.

*Sigh* I agree. It is so disheartening and I can only imagine the frustration of those who are still waiting from late last year. I filed late March and I'm getting annoyed!!! I mean, I'm happy for people and their approvals but I don't understand why new NSC filers are getting transfered before those who filed long before them.

The things that really make me frustrated is that it is not first come, first served. That is so unfair.

I will wait until the new timeline is posted this month and if my NOA date is 30 days past the new timelines, I will give the customer service a call to see what I can find.

Hello, any updates on this thread? My RFE receipt date was Dec 12 2006, so I'm thinking any day now we should hear. How about the other 2006 NSC filers - have you received your 10 yr GC approvals yet? Thanks!

That is really nice to know. So did you ever receive an email from USCIS regarding to your approval before you got your 10 year green card? If so, when did you get that email? Sorry for all these questions. Just getting a little paronoid.

I received the first email (production of card) on 08/29/07. on 08/31/07 i received 2 emails that the petition was approved and the notice was mailed. Last week I finally received the card , but I am still waiting for the actual approval notice. Do I need that?
I really understand that you get paranoid. I was on the edge of a nervous breakdown and had nightmares about being deported.
I hope you hear something soon.

grrrrrrrrr...yeah, same old bullsh*t like when we filed out I-130. Filers who submitted many months after us were immediately transferred to CSC and breezed through. Can't seem to catch a break...

Just an update for my case. This morning, I FINALLY got an email from USCIS stating that "On September 14, 2007, we ordered production of your new card". So I went on USCIS website and checked my case status. The current status is "Card production ordered".
Thanks for everyone.

Another update Sept 28, 2007.
Received three emails today within four minutes of each other, letting me know the approval notice was sent. Just in case one or two of the emails gets lost I guess.
