helpsmilie.gif hi.. it's me again aimee with still the same problem... i just want to ask if it's possible for my daugther to pass a tourist visa aplication, she's only 18months and she's in the Philippines, and just wait for the approval of her papers here. My husband and I really misses her so much that's why we're thinking of some things on how to bring her here the earliest. somebody told me to write a letter to USCIS following up about my daughter's papers coz that will make the processing faster than doing a follow up by phone. will it give us the same result just like when we call USCIS? i really need answers and advices please.... Well you can try, but a very very long shot.

Why did you not file for her when your papers were going through?

coz the first time my husband for a petition for me he was still on LPR status and we don't have a child yet when i got pregnant the baby is supposed to be my dependent but then my husband became a US citizen just last may2006 and with that he has to file another petition for my daughter because she's not considered as my dependent anymore that's why his petition for my daughter was just filed last july2006. helpsmilie.gif
