Hey I'm new to this, but I see on peoples timelines "touches" what is a touch??? And how do I know if my case is getting touched?? I signed up for online monitoring, and updates..........but never have seen a "touch"!! What is it???? Thanks wacko.gif

Each time someone at USCIS does anything with your case it receives a touch. Moving your file to another location, putting it into the computer system, reviewing your file, etc. Don't be surprised if you never receive a touch. Many cases get approved without ever being touched. When you create a membership account with USCIS you can monitor your progress. Anytime the "last updated" date changes, you have been touched.

I think you should try a VJ search within the threads for "touches" and you will get much more info.
