hello every one, i mailed our case to the Texas Service Center and now it is at the Vermont Service Center is this normal to move the case from one service center to another. i lve in oklahoma city

yep, there are only 2 service centers that deals with petitions now; california and vermont. no worries, just sit back and "relax"!

Yes, it is normal for you. Actually, you could have saved a bit of time had you been aware of the change in direct filing, and sent the petition to VSC directly.

I had the same thing happen to me. I don't think it will be a problem but I wish they would of said something about so I could of sent in to Vermont instead of Texas and got in the line sooner. I guess they wanted to see us sweat it out a little bit.

had I known I would have sent it to Vermont. Because of this we lost a month. I even did the info pass and checked with our local uscis office and the clerck there said to mail it to Texas.

yes its nomal cases get transfered all the time. for many reasons they may have trasfered it so they can get it processed faster.

WOW!!! I guess i was away for a long time I didn't know that Vermont does Texas papers now and what about timeline? californian or Vermont?
